MySQL for Outlook automatically installs directly into Outlook using the installer - you should be able to just start up the Outlook Program - and see the new toolbar like the image below- keep in mind that your system must meet the MySQL for Outlook requirements.
The toolbar consists of (3) Buttons that control all the MySQL connections and events - below is a outline of what each button does-

Upload E-mail Messages directly to a MySQL Database using the Upload Button - more info...

Once E-mails have been uploaded- you can use the Download feature to download those E-mails back to Outlook - more info...
